ITB-fh-10-11-1598 - Demolition of residential structures

Summary of Specifications:
The City will contract for the demolition and removal of all structures foundations and debris, at the following locations: 26940 Halsted (Section 17), 20800 Rensselaer (Section 36), 22664 Colgate (Section 26), 21482 Gill (Section 33). Price will include all concrete slabs, foundations, support piers, asphalt roads/approaches, shrubs, underground utilities lines including sewer, water gas lines and mailboxes/cement pad will be removed and disposed of at a licensed landfill. The only item to remain will be existing trees and power poles. Clean fill dirt will be brought to the site to level and return the site to grade capped with top soil and seed.
