Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of water main rehabilitation along the north side of Grand River Avenue from Colwell to Middlebelt and along the east side of Middlebelt Road from Grand River to Independence. The project is being bid with two alternate methods of construction and material types. Approximate quantities are as follows: 10” HDPE (SDR 11 DIPS) Water Main, Directionally Drilled 4,700 LF, 8” D.I. CL54 Water Main, Restrained Joint 1,100 LF, or 8” Water Main Rehabilitation by Cured-in-Place Pipe 4,600 LF, 8” D.I. CL54 Water Main 800 LF. Plus miscellaneous items necessary for a completed project.
