Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills Golf & Parks Division will procure a front mounted, 72” Diesel 4WD Lawn mower, Toro Model 328-D (or approved equivalent). Specifications reference a specific make and model in order to establish a minimum acceptable standard. This standard is not intended to eliminate any manufacturer from the bidding process. Deviations shall be clearly called out and explained. Failure to follow these instructions may be cause for elimination of bid from consideration. Compliance with the "spirit" of the specification is not acceptable. Some deviations from specification may be accepted provided it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
