Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills Department of Special Services requires a contractor to provide all materials, equipment and labor to repair & repaint three historic buildings which are part of the Parks Department for the City of Farmington Hills. Each bidder shall be responsible for visiting the described work site, prior to bidding to fully acquaint themselves with existing conditions so that they may fully understand any difficulties and restrictions attending the execution of the work requested.
