ITB-fh-07-08-1399 - Rebid - Demolition of Rensselaer Mobile Home Park

Summary of Specifications:
The City will contract for the demolition and removal of all structures and debris at Rensselaer Mobile Home Park, Farmington Hills, Michigan. Structures include five (5) mobile homes (units 5, 7, 2, 12, 17), one (1) house with foundation, one (1) shed and the dumpster fencing. The City does plan to use the house for a Fire Department training burn hence the optional pricing for the house (foundation will still require removal) and reserves the right to have a two phased project. Phase one will be the removal of the trailer homes and Phase 2 will be the remainder of the project which will include all concrete slabs, foundations, support piers, asphalt roads/approaches, shrubs, and mailboxes/cement pad will be removed and disposed of at a licensed landfill. The only item to remain will be existing trees and power poles. Clean fill dirt will be brought to the site to level and return the site to grade capped with top soil and seed.
