Summary of Specifications:
A homogenous mixture of Sand, 2NS or 3CS (M.D.S.H. 1976 spec.) or sand, 2NS modified (per most current MDOT specification manual) with a minimum of 3% by weight of calcium chloride admixture or 8.7 gallons per ton of liquid.
