2021 AS-NEEDED SEWER LINING & REPAIR CONTRACT
The City of Garden City is seeking one (1) or more contractors to be under Contract for a three (3) year period with the City of Garden City to complete sanitary sewer lining repair and maintenance services as deemed necessary by the City’s Director of Public Services. The as-needed repairs consist of installing sectional cured-in-place pipe lining and repairs throughout the City of Garden City.
SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “As Needed Sewer Lining and Repair Bid”
Two (2) copies of the bid proposals will be received by:

The Contract Documents may be examined at the City of Garden City Clerk’s Office, Garden City, Michigan, Hennessey Engineers, Inc., Southgate, Michigan, Construction Association of Michigan, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Construction News Service, Oakbrook, Illinois and Construction News Corp, Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Documents will be available starting Tuesday, January 19, 2021 after 1:00pm and can be downloaded directly from BidNet.
The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
