GARDEN CITY, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
2022-2023 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

The two-year project consists of replacing deficient sidewalks throughout Garden City bounded Ford, Merriman, Cherry Hill and Inkster Roads (see attached map). The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is July 1, 2022 and completed by October 30, 2023.

SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden
City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “2022-2023 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM”

Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Deadline: 2:00pm (est) on February 17, 2022.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Friday, February 11, 2022, 10 a.m. EST.

Contract Documents will be available starting Tuesday, February 1st after 1:00pm and can be downloaded directly from BidNet.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.

The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
