INVITATION TO BID
GARDEN CITY, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
2024-2025 CONCRETE SECTIONING

The two-year project consists of replacing sections of concrete throughout Garden City bounded by Cherry Hill, Radcliff, Marquette, and Shotka (see attached map). The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is April 15, 2024 and completed by November 30, 2025.

SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “2024-2025 CONCRETE SECTIONING”
Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Deadline: 2:00 pm (est) on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Thursday, January 18, 2024, 10 a.m. EST.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
