BACKGROUND
The City of Garden City invites qualified candidates to submit quotes for the reconstruction of the future office for the City Family Resources Offices (FRC). The City is seeking to contract with a professional, licensed company, who specializes in the removal and installation of walls, as well as the installation of a drop ceiling, LED lighting, and carpeting. It is the intention of the City to reconstruct the office space within the new Garden City Community Center, located at 1751 Radcliff Street, Garden City, Michigan 48135.
