The City of Hamtramck is accepting proposals for the 2016 PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM in The City of Hamtramck, Wayne County, Michigan
The proposed project consists of removal and replacement of temporary pavement, concrete drive approaches, concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps throughout the City of Hamtramck. It is anticipated that this contract will be a three year contract terminating after the 2018 construction season.
The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2016 season is August 1, 2016 and substantially completed by November 11, 2016 and final completion by November 25, 2016.

Contract Documents will be available for pick up starting Thursday, June 16, 2016 after 10:00 am and may be purchased at: Hennessey Engineers, Inc., 13500 Reeck Road, Southgate, Michigan, 48195 upon payment of a fee (cash or check only, no credit cards) of $25.00 per set, $35.00 if mailed, which is nonrefundable. Please contact Hennessey Engineers at 734-759-1600, prior to picking up or requesting a hard copy. Also, plans are now available on CD for a fee of $10.00 per CD or if mailed, $15.00. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
