Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hamtramck is soliciting bids for CDBG Residential Roof Replacements. This is a federally funded construction projects and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act. Sealed bids shall be received by March 31, 2015 at 2:00 pm and opened on March 31, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount shall be required upon execution of the contract before beginning work.
