Sealed bids must be submitted to the Highland Park City Clerk, Highland Park City Hall, 12050 Woodward Avenue, Highland Park, MI 48203. Electronic bids will NOT be accepted. A public recording of bids will take place at the Highland Park City Council meeting April 1, 2024, Highland Park City Hall. Bidders must submit bids using the Bid Sheet included in the RFQ (Attachment B).
