Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Woods until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are invited upon the following major items and quantity of work:

Proposals (bids) must be made on the Proposal Forms furnished by the City and must be submitted with the Bidder's General Questionnaire and the appropriate certified check and/or bid bond. All unit prices must be typed or written in ink and all blanks in the Proposal Form and in the Bidder's General Questionnaire must be filled in completely. All proposals must be signed by the bidder, or a legally authorized agent, with the full name and business address.

A proposed construction schedule shall be submitted with the Proposal (bid) corresponding with the days shown on the proposal under “Construction Observation”. The city of Huntington Woods may decide to increase or decrease the scope of work due to financial considerations. The construction schedule would be modified after the City of Huntington Woods makes that determination.
