SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The City of Huntington Woods is seeking the services of a company to replace the steps at Library, 26415 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070. Work includes the following:

Demo and haul away of existing masonry pavers and steps
Pour new monolithic steps
Furnish and install granite pavers per attached drawings
Pour new reinforced slab at landing

Cement work to follow the City of Huntington Woods Concrete Pavement Specifications. Contractor must comply with City of Huntington Woods general conditions and insurance requirements. Bid’s will be submitted as two line items: One for the concrete work and installation of the granite pavers, and one for the purchase of the granite pavers. The City may split the bid award between two vendors.
