Description

The City of Inkster is soliciting proposals from qualified developers and business owners to develop a structure within the city: 27301 S. River Park Dr. 44-018-03-0199-300, 1.345 AC. The City is requesting formal proposals to redevelop and/or revitalize the building into a more productive use.

The objective of this Request for Proposal is to purchase the building from the City and redevelop it to help revitalize the corresponding district. The proposed uses for this building must comply with the City of Inkster’s Master Plan and the existing zoning, the Town Center District (TCD).

The selected applicant will be expected to enter into a Developer Agreement with the City of Inkster. The developer and project expectations will align with the below proposal requirements.
