The City of Jackson will receive sealed bids for the 2023-A DEMOLITION PACKAGE project until 9:00:00 AM local time on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2023 at the offices of the Purchasing Department, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
DEMOLITION AND SITE RESTORATION OF THREE LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF JACKSON. HOUSE AND GARAGE LOCATED AT 809 S. BLACKSTONE ST.; HOUSE LOCATED AT 717 FIFTH ST.; HOUSE LOCATED AT 110 E. WILKINS ST.
Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq.
No prebid will be held. Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org.
Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
