Sealed proposals for 21-011 ASPHALT PAVEMENT CRACK TREATMENT will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, THURSDAY, APRIL 22, 2021 until 9:00:00 AM.

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:

8.44 miles of crack treatment on HMA pavement by the route and seal process and the overband process in the City of Jackson, Michigan.


Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq. 

No prebid will be held.  Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org. 

Bids are to be submitted via email to sallard@cityofjackson.org. 

Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to the email that has submitted your bid.

Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's prequalification requirements prior to bid opening.  Bidders must be prequalified for Bituminous (B).
