REPLACEMENTS project until 10:00 AM local time on TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2024 at the
offices of the Purchasing Department, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 8th Floor, Jackson,
Michigan.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
1.3 MILES OF WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT AND LEAD SERVICE LINE
REPLACEMENTS ON 11 LOCAL STREET SEGMENTS IN THE CITY OF JACKSON,
MICHIGAN. MAJOR BID ITEMS INCLUDE: WATER MAIN, DIR BORE, 8 INCH - 3821
FT, WATER MAIN, 8 INCH - 3064 FT, HMA, 13A - 1460 TON, WATER SERV, 1 INCH -
99 EACH, AGGREGATE BASE, 8 INCH, 21AA, MODIFIED - 7792 SYD, SIDEWALK,
CONC - 8805 SFT, CURB AND GUTTER CONC, DET F4 - 2465 FT.

Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's prequalification requirements
prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Watermain (I).
