Sealed proposals for BOOS RECREATION CENTER ROOFING, WINDOW AND SIDING  will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2020 until 9:00:00 AM.

The work includes the following:  INSTALLATION OF A NEW ROOF, DORMERS, WINDOWS AND SIDING AT THE BOOS RECREATION CENTER, 210 GILBERT ST., JACKSON, MI 49201


Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq. 

No prebid will be held.  Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org.  Bids are to be submitted via email to sallard@cityofjackson.org.

All bidders are required to visit site prior to submittal of final bid.  Unscheduled roof or building access not permitteed.  Please contact Kelli Hoover to schedule all roof or interior building access at 517-358-8541. Contractor shall be responsible for all final measurements.  Bidder must have five years of commercial construction experience.

Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to the email that has submitted your bid.
