Prospective bidders REQUIRED are invited to attend a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM, Purchasing Department, 10th Floor, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid an opportunity to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
