Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for City of Jackson Fire Station Thermoplastic Roofing Project (Section A) will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, until Wednesday, September 7, 2016,11:00 AM.

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Complete tear off and replacement of roof section A at the Jackson Fire Department.

Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms at the Purchasing Department, 10th Floor, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, Jackson, Michigan 49201, Telephone (517) 788-4020 or from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq.

Contractor must be a pre-qualified Tremco roof installer.

Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM, Jackson Fire Department, 518 N. Jackson St., Jackson, MI 49201.
