Sealed proposals for HAZARD REHABILITATION at 414 PAGE AVENUE will be received by
the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, until,
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2020, 9:00:00 AM.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: HAZARD
REHABILITATION TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE NORTH BASEMENT WALL PER THE SPECIFICATIONS. WILL INCLUDE MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK.

Bidders will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VIII of the
