The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
Private Property Mowing: Mow and remove grass and weeds on private properties located at various sites within the City of Jackson. Estimated number of properties: 1 - 5,000 square feet lots = 90, 5,001 - 10,000 square feet lots = 170, 10,001 - 20,000 square feet lots = 40, 20,001 - 43,560 square feet lots = 15, Over 43,561 square feet = 10 & Extra Work/hourly rate = 180 hours
Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants & off-site properties Mowing: Provide lawn and grounds maintenance services during the period from May 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
