2022 - RFQP 22-002 INTERCEPTOR SEWER REHABILITATION STUDY - RFQP 22-002 INTERCEPTOR SEWER REHABILITATION STUDY

The City of Jackson is currently inviting qualitied consulting firms to submit proposals for engineering services required for a study of the approximately 4,000 feet of brick sanitary sewer pipe that is the Monkey Run Interceptor Sewer from the crossing at West Avenue to the downstream terminus at the intersection of Trail Street and Jackson Street.  This portion of the Monkey Run Interceptor sewer was constructed around 1900 and is in the immediate vicinity of critical infrastructure and is itself a piece of critical infrastructure.  The study will determine the most appropriate method for protecting the integrity of the subject sewer and extending its service life.
