2022 - RFQP 22-004 LOCAL STREET ENGINEERING - RFQP 22-004 LOCAL STREET ENGINEERING

The City of Jackson is currently inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for engineering services required for water main replacement and repaving on Perrine Street between Michigan Avenue and Burr Street in the City of Jackson as follows:
1.  Between Michigan Avenue and Pearl Street, the antiquated six-inch cast iron water main and 24-inch brick sewer shall be replaced and the street reconstructed with full pavement replacement and new curb and gutters.
2.  Between Pearl Street and Burr Street, the antiquated four-inch cast iron water main and 24-inch brick sewer shall be replaced and the full depth of the pavement reconstructed leaving the existing curb and gutter.
This project will be constructed in 2022 and will be funded by a combination of City Local Street Funds, Special Assessments and Federal Community Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.  Construction shall commence on or about July 11, 2022 and shall be completed in early-October 2022.
