The City of Jackson will receive sealed bids for the TA WILSON ANNEX BUILDING DESIGN/BUILD INTERIOR RENOVATIONS WITH LIMITED EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS TO THE N BUILDING project until 10:00:00 AM local time on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 at the offices of the Purchasing Department, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan.

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:

TA WILSON ANNEX BUILDING DESIGN BUILD/INTERIOR RENOVATIONS WITH LIMITED EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS TO THE N BUILDING, PARCEL #4-055600000, 302-316 W. MORRELL ST. (Specifications are currently being finalized and will be available at the prebid meeting).
