2018 Wall Repairs to Masonic Temple - Wall Repairs at the former Masonic Temple, 145 W. Cortland Street

Sealed proposals for WALL REPAIRS AT THE MASONIC TEMPLE will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2018 until 9:00:00 AM.
 
The work includes the following:
 

• Provide time and material cost estimate with not to exceed cost to repair the W. and E. walls per the attached structural drawings provided for W. wall. 
• Provide hourly rate of all employees working on site
• Provide alternate cost for any additional work necessary to complete repairs (Ex: protection of SW power lines if necessary for scaffolding or lifts to complete repairs)
• Provide alternate price to install mid wall metal cornice over cement brick below limestone, replace cement brick with brick to match remainder of building or to extend EIFS.
