Sealed proposals for Window Replacement at the former Masonic Temple located at 145 W. Cortland and the former Vermeulen's building located at 135 W. Cortland will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 until 9:00:00 AM.
Project to consist of historically correct window replacements to maintain the historical characteristics of the former Masonic Temple located at 145 W. Cortland St. and the former Vermeulens building located at 135 W. Cortland St. Responsible contractor will be responsible for the field measurement, shop drawings, removal, proper disposal in accordance with State and Federal guidelines, installation, interior and exterior trims, caulking, punch list repairs to provide a complete warrantable window system installation to the City of Jackson.
