The work consists primarily of reconstructing city owned alleys with a 3” HMA 3C base course and a 2” HMA 5E1 wearing course over the existing aggregate base, including but not limited to 4,000 syds of HMA surface removal, 18 stations of machine grading, 180 syds of 7” non-reinforced concrete with integral curb, 225 LFT of curb and gutter, sidewalk replacement, landscape restoration, and related work items.

Work is scheduled to commence in mid-April and be completed in June of 2025.
