Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park is requesting written proposals from firms experienced in providing police detention facility / lock-up services. In general, the prospective company will be required to handle the booking and lodging of all Lincoln Park arrests, as well as preparing prisoners for court hearings or release. 

The cellblock operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with individual prisoners typically held for no more than 72 hours. The detention area is approximately 3000 sq. ft. and has a capacity for 17 inmates. The detention area consists of a prisoner receiving area, booking room, detention office, 8 holding cells (one of which is a detoxification cell), and a small meal preparation area.
