Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park is seeking proposals for the services of a Real Estate Broker (Broker) to provide Real Property Services for selected City-owned properties that are available for sale. The homes have been newly renovated using a U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) grant through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. These homes must be sold to income qualified individuals who qualify as not exceeding the 80% median income level according to current HUD guidelines. The City of Lincoln Park will assume the responsibility of qualifying interested home buyers. There are first-time home buyer funds available for these properties through the HUD First-time Homebuyers Program.
