Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park, Michigan (the “City) is currently planning to enter into an Installment Purchase Contract, pursuant to Act 99 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933, as amended, with a third party vendor or vendors in the aggregate principal financed amount not to exceed this $95,000.00, to provide funds for the purpose of financing the cost of acquiring three (3) Dodge police cars and one (1) Chevrolet Tahoe with police package. Security for the payment to be received pursuant to the Installment Purchase Contract will be pledge of city’s limited full faith and credit and limited taxing power.
