2012-222 - Sewer Lead Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids for Contractors to provide sewer lead replacement on a project funded by CDBG Grants and subject to the Federal Regulations listed in this document. The City of Lincoln Park reserves that right to waive any irregularity, accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the proposals that, in the City’s opinion, are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the City of Lincoln Park. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the date of bid opening. 

This document is intended to describe the work and products as needed for the removal and replacement of the sanitary sewer service for the residence located at 1230 Chandler, a city owned property. Installation of the sewer lead is to comply with the City of Lincoln Park Engineering standards as well as the 2009 Michigan Plumbing Code.
