Proposals for the 2023 Sidewalk and Concrete Repair Program Water Main Breaks will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan via the MITN website (www.mitn.info) as owner until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read.  The bids will be recorded by the Purchasing Manager and the City Clerk.  Bid opening results will be completed via Zoom meeting and posted to the MITN website. Late bids will not be considered. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following: The replacement of approximately 26,100 s.f. of concrete sidewalk, drives, ADA ramps, local and major roads, and other related items of work within the City of Livonia. 

All questions regarding the bid solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Purchasing Manager, Enna A, Bachelor at ebachelor@livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. The deadline for submitting questions is 3:00 p.m. on February 23, 2023. The City does not guarantee a response to questions submitted after the question deadline.
