Proposals for the Livonia City Center New City Hall Facility project will be received by the City of Livonia via the MITN website (www.mitn.info) until Noon, Local Time, on Monday, September 30, 2024 at which time the RFP’s will be recorded by the City Clerk. Proposal opening results will be conducted via Zoom meeting and posted to the MITN website.

A highly recommended pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00AM, Local Time, on Monday, September 16, 2024.  The pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually via the link below.

Proposals shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed “responsive”. Late Proposals will not be considered.

Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info.

Bidders may submit questions in writing to the attention of Rick Erickson, Project Manager at rick.erickson@plantemoran.com.  No phone calls will not be accepted.
All addendums will be posted on the MITN website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon. All Proposals must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat format.
