The City wants to acquire and have installed an AV system in our Gallery (5th Floor Meeting Room). There is an existing screen that is approxiamtely 90" x 54" viewable. Must include installation of the projector from dropped ceiling, a Barco ClickShare with 1 button, a wall access auto switcher that includes VGA, HDMI, audio on a 3.5mm mini-jack. All needed cables, drop ceiling mount, installation, and miscellaneous neeeds are to be included.
