Proposals for the 2021 CONCRETE ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM - MAINTENANCE: Contract 21-
J, will be received at the Livonia City Hall, via MITN website (www.mitn.info) as owner until 2:00 PM,
Local Time, on Tuesday, FEBRUARY 14, 2023. ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONCIALLY VIA THE MITN WEBSITE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. PHYSICAL BID DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on FEBRUARY 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Bids will not
be accepted from those bidders who do not attend. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Department of Public Works, 12973, Farmington Road, Livonia, MI.
The City of Livonia seeks bids for the following:
The maintenance of designated concrete streets. Work includes removal of trees, stumps and
roots, including disposal and restoration, removal of existing concrete pavement, placing new
aggregate base and 6-inch diameter underdrain, construction of new concrete pavement,
driveway restoration, sidewalk repairs, sidewalk ramp improvements, surface restoration,
sprinkler repairs and traffic maintenance.

All addendums will be posted on MITN Website. Any information not obtained on from the MITN Website
should not be relied upon.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form issued by an approved Surety Company. All bids shall be opened publicly at the date and time specified. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the bidder. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed “responsive.” Late bid will not be considered. Bid submissions are to be made electronically through the MITN website at www.mitn.info.
