RFP-1809C-DPW - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES

The City of Livonia, Michigan is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of contracting for Construction Manager at Risk Services (a single construction manager/firm) to perform a full range of pre-construction, construction management, and post-construction services for the design team support, bid solicitation, development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), construction and commissioning of the Department of Public Works (DPW) Administrative Offices and Water & Sewer Building located in Livonia, Michigan.
 
This solicitation, along with all attachments and addenda may be downloaded from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website at www.mitn.info.  The authorized version of the RFP document shall be that document appearing on the MITN system with any addenda and updates.
 
Interested firms shall submit seven copies of their Proposals enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the following: RFP – New DPW Building; respondent’s name, address, phone, email, and main contact person.  Responses shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, on October 2, 2018 to City of Livonia, City Clerk’s Office, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI 48154. Late proposals will not be accepted.
 
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on September 24, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Livonia Department of Public Works, 12973 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48150. Proposals will not be considered from firms who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
 
Questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager, Enna Bachelor at ebachelor@ci.livonia.mi.us.  No phone calls will be accepted. All questions or requests for clarification must be received before 3:00 PM on September 19, 2018. Questions received by the question deadline will be responded to in writing in the form of an addendum which will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
