Sealed proposals for the Livonia DPW Fencing Replacement will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan via MITN website (www.mitn.info) as owner until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read. The bids will be recorded by the Purchasing Manager and the City Clerk. Bid opening results will be completed via Zoom meeting and posted to the MITN website.

The replacement of approximately 770 lineal feet of 8’ high chain-link fence with 8’ high vertical aluminum picket fencing.

Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed
“responsive”. Late bids will not be considered.
All addendums will be posted on MITN Website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon.
All bids must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat Format.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form issued by an approved Surety Company.
Bids are to be submitted on the MITN website marked “BID – LIVONIA DPW FENCING REPLACEMENT” and received on or before the time and date given above.
No bidder may withdraw their proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
