The City of Livonia Department of Public Works is seeking a consultant to study and make recommendations for the Fresh Air Intake Room Project located inside the Robert and Janet Bennett Civic Center Library. The library is located at the southeast corner of Farmington and Five Mile Roads between City Hall and the 16th District Court at 32777 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI. The library was built in 1988.

The Fresh Air Intake Room Repairs Project will address the need for repairs to Fresh Intake Room located in the basement of the Library building and surrounding areas. The purpose of the RFP is to retain a qualified and experienced firm to facilitate a 3-phase project.
