Item #1 - up to 3,500 pounds (70 - 50# bags) of grass seed mixed in 50 pound bags:
                 60% Kentucky Bluegrass (various cutivars are okay)
                  20% Red Fescue (various cultivars are okay)
                  20% perennial ryegrass (various cultivars are okay)

Item #2 - up to 1,000 pounds (20 - 50# bags) of grass seed mixture in 50 pound bags:
              40% red fescue
              30% annual ryegrass
              20% perennial ryegrass
              10% Kentucky bluegrass
            various cultivars are okay for listed grass species

Item #3 - Up to 1000 pounds (20 - 50# bags) grass seed mixture in 50 pound bags:
              80% Kentucky bluegrass (various cultivars are okay)
              20% perennial ryegrass (various cultivars are okay)
            Various cultivars are okay for listed grass species

Item #4 -up to 1000 pounds (20 - 50# bags) grass seed mixute in 50 pound bags:
            50% Kentucky bluegrass (various cultivars are okay)
             50% perennial ryegrass (various cultivars are okay)
            Various cultivars are okay for listed grass species
