Request for Proposal

Pre-Engineered Pole Barn

Sealed proposals will be received at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan 48154 until 2:00 p.m. on FEBRUARY 11, 2020 at which time the RFP’s will be secured by the City Clerk. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the vendor. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed “responsive.” Late bids will be returned unopened.

The City of Livonia seeks submission of proposals from qualified and interested firms that are capable of providing pre-engineered pole barns.

A SECOND MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on JANUARY 22, 2020 AT 10:00 A.M., at the Livonia Police Gun Range 32300 Glendale St, Livonia, MI for all vendors wishing to participate in this Request for Proposal. Proposals will not be considered from firms who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. If your firm attended the first prebid it is not necessary to attend the second one.
Addendum No. 2 is being issued to extend the due date for receiving proposals in response to the RFP. Please be advised that proposals are now due on or before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Proposals shall be submitted to:

Further be advised that the City will provide responses to questions raised at the pre-proposal conference the week of February 10, 2020.

All other provisions of the solicitation remain the same. Firms should acknowledge receipt of this addendum with their bid response.
