CITY OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan, as owner, until 2:00 p.m. on NOVEMBER 14, 2023 VIA THE MITN WEBSITE ONLY (WWW.MITN.INFO), at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read. No late bids will be considered.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for bidding the following:
PRINTING OF CONNECTIONS MAGAZINE

No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance or other valid reason and to waive irregularities in bids.
1) Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info.

All addendums will be posted on the MITN website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon.
Proposals must be submitted on the forms found on the MITN website with no exceptions.
2) Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.

QUESTION DEADLINE: Vendor questions will be received in writing only by the City of Livonia until NOVEMBER 9, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted. Firms shall submit questions via email to Enna Bachelor, Purchasing Manager at ebachelor@livonia.gov. The City does not guarantee a response to questions received after the question deadline has passed.
ALL PRICING MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE FORMS PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF LIVONIA.
