Summary of Specifications:
This Bid to power wash, prep, and paint walls and ceiling of Police Vehicle Maintenance Garage with Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy industrial paint, along with the VMO and Prisoner Receiving garage doors inside and out. The garage floor is approx. 1350 sq,ft. with the walls 13 ft. tall, and the garage doors are 11 x20. Also of the Installation of Sherwin Williams colored quartz Ceramic Carpet #400 (Color Sandpoint) flooring. This will include grinding of floor for prep of new coating, repair,and patch of all cracks and saw cuts and imperfections for a seamless garage floor. Colors to be TBD for walls and ceiling.
