Portable Toilet Rental 4-year contract

The City of Livonia Michigan will receive sealed bids VIA THE MITN WEBSITE ONLY
(WWW.MITN.INFO) according the scope of work herein until 2:00 p.m., on
SEPTEMBER 3, 2024. PHYSICAL BID SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
Rental and service of approximately 187 Portable Toilets and 33 Handwash
Stations for City of Livonia locations and special events for years 2025, 2026,
2027 and 2028.
The City reserves the right to reject in or in part any and all bids received, to waive any
irregularities or informalities or both; as it is determined to be in the best interests of the
City of Livonia to do so.
Bids received via the MITN website by the specified due date and time will be publicly
opened at the due date and time via Zoom. Vendors may attend the bid opening

Intergovernmental Trade Network (BidNet). Bid documents obtained from any other

addendum which will be posted on the MITN website. No phone calls will be accepted.
