Sealed Proposals will be received at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI 48154 until 2:00p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, on August 7, 2018 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each proposal shall be recorded together with the name of the bidder. Proposals shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in order to be deemed responsive. Late proposals will not be considered.
