RFB-06032022-RTU - RTU REPLACEMENT

Electronic proposals for the construction of the CITY HALL RTU #3 REPLACEMENT PROJECT must be received by the City of Livonia by 2:00 p.m., Local Time on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, through the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group site, www.MITN.info, at which time the bids will be opened and reviewed.  No physical bid submission will be accepted, and late bids will not be considered.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-thru held at 10:00 A.M., local time, on Thursday, June 9th, 2022.  Interested bidders shall meet at Livonia City Hall, located at 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI 48154. Bidders are to submit any questions by 2:00pm on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022.  Questions should be submitted in writing to Enna Bachelor, Purchasing Manager, via email at ebachelor@livonia.gov.  No inquiries or contact may be made via telephone regarding this project. The Contracts will consist of the following principal items of work and appurtenances as specified herein and shown on the Contract Drawings.

Replacement of a mechanical rooftop unit on existing curb with new steel supports, curb adaptor and update of controls.
