Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.MITN.info. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Director of Finance of the City of Livonia. Instructions to Bidders and Specifications for items required may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Finance, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting to explain the project and answer any questions will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Prospective bidders should meet at 15100 Hubbard Road, Livonia, Michigan 48154. Bids will not be considered from firms who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, as security for the acceptance of the contract.
