Sealed bid proposals to provide SERVER, STORAGE, SOFTWARE LICENSES, will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan, as owner, until 2:00 p.m. LOCAL TIME, on NOVEMBER 22, 2022 via the MITN website (www.mitn.info) at which time said bid proposals will be opened and publicly read. Late bids will not be considered. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted. Bid responses must be uploaded to the MITN website in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
Bids received via the MITN website by the specified due date and time will be publicly opened at the due date and time via Zoom. Vendors may attend the bid opening virtually by using the following credentials:

Bid proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Director of Finance of the City of Livonia. Instructions to Bidders and Specifications for items required may be obtained at from the Purchasing Manager via email at ebachelor@livonia.gov or via the MITN website (www.mitn.info).
The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bid proposals in whole or in part and waive any irregularities therein.
Questions may be submitted regarding the bid until November 16, 2022. Submit all inquiries IN WRITING to Enna Bachelor, Purchasig Manager at ebachelor@livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.
